Apartment block – Gothenburg

Three ten-story residential buildings using prefabricated technology, set on foundation slabs.

Scope of work:

• construction of reinforced concrete foundation slabs
• construction of the first 3 floors, partly from reinforced concrete walls made on site and partly from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements
• construction of the remaining 12 storeys from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements – double walls (SE: Skalvägg, DE: Doppelwand)
